Abby is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified Personal Trainer with a special interest in patients who are interested in sports, performing arts, and fitness.

Consider your physical therapist your movement system consultant. Be ready with questions, be prepared to problem-solve, and stick to the plan.
HOW DO YOU STAY ACTIVE:
I keep moving and change it up. Depending on the season, you’ll find me mixing it up between weightlifting, ballet, running, soccer, hiking, basketball, golf, cycling, and yoga.
FAVORITE RECOVERY FOOD:
Playing the piano and singing.
CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT:
My family, husband, and dog. And running shoes.
Scooping ice cream at the 1820 Coffee House.
