My Philosophy of Care
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. I have a strong interest in how our physical health influences our mental health and vice versa, and I strive to assess your injury in the context of your personal needs and life experiences. My goal is to work with you as a team to address your physical therapy needs, and build our treatment plan together. Regardless of whether you are working towards returning to long distance hiking, going back to the gym, or simply performing daily tasks with greater ease, I am excited to work with you to help you get back out there.

My Personal Story
My interest in working with people and with movement began when I started practicing yoga at age 12, right here in Seattle. Since that time, I have been fascinated with how a physical practice can so profoundly influence how we feel and move through the world. I love the pacific northwest and get outside rain or shine for neighborhood walks, hiking, and mountaineering. I am a certified yoga instructor and enjoy working with people who are interested in learning more about yoga or blending PT with their current yoga practice.
