My Philosophy of Care:

I am a skilled physical therapist who has robust and diverse experience to help bring you the best individualized and personalized care. With a strong clinical background and a zest for learning, I strive to provide the best care for all patients and address the entire body versus simply looking at the injured area. I strive to help educate my patients on how to best understand their pain and treat themselves in order to continue to live a healthy and pain-free lifestyle. I love being the person that gets to help patients through the progress of understanding how simple changes can make a lifelong impact. Healthy at Every Size

Dizziness, lightheadedness, vertigo? Here is how a physical therapist can help.

My Personal Story:

As a Midwest native, I made my way out to the Pacific Northwest after finishing graduate school in search of more outdoor activities closer to home. I can frequently be found running, skiing or backpacking in the mountains and try to spend as much time outside as possible. I love to run and have found my stride in marathon running, which has given me the opportunity to run in some beautiful places and big races, including the Boston Marathon. I love being outside and on the move, I can frequently be seen catching a quick run at lunch and biking to and from work.
