Group Classes

Transformative Fitness – Circuit Training:
Cost: $20 per class
Thursdays at 7:00pm
Instructor: Corley McBeth, DPT

Fitness class designed to:

  • Educate in proper form and technique for community-based and independent strength training
  • Understand principles of strength training
  • Understand how to appropriately progress and modify exercises
  • Gain confidence in a group class and with individual home or gym based strengthening

The class is in a circuit training format utilizing strength and conditioning principles in conjunction with a Movement Systems based approach. Classes will include a warm-up segment, muscle-specific exercises, cardiovascular training, core stability and flexibility. The class is geared toward those people moving from physical therapy into an independent exercise routine while remaining mindful of each individual’s current functional status.

Come prepared to work out in comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle!
