MY ADVICE FOR FUTURE PATIENTS:
Practice telling your story – PT is just as much detective work as it is mechanical work.
HOW I STAY ACTIVE:
Chasing two toddlers is the ultimate functional fitness workout! Efficiency is key – multitasking is the only way to get it done (running with a stroller, hiking with kids, micro-workouts during kids’ naps).
FAVORITE RECOVERY FOOD:
Chocolate milk and a good porter!
CREATIVE OUTLET:
Journaling and organizing.
I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT:
A pad of sticky notes for making lists. Oh, and my husband and kids.
