Nate is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Movement Systems Physical Therapy who enjoys working with people of all backgrounds and levels of fitness move toward a higher level of function.

Your goals are important.  Be prepared to talk about meaningful activities in your life so we can create a plan that’s relevant to you.

HOW DO YOU STAY ACTIVE:
I enjoy running, walking in Seattle parks with family and friends, working in the yard, and playing with my toddler at the local playground.

CREATIVE OUTLET:
Discovering new recipes and refining my cooking skills.

CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT:
A good podcast.

Framing for a local carpenter.

I specialize in helping people living with persistent pain get back to important activities in their life.  With my athletic background, I also have a special interest in working with athletes to better their performance.
