HOW I STAY ACTIVE:
I enjoy running, walking in Seattle parks with family and friends, working in the yard, and playing with my toddler at the local playground.

I specialize in helping people living with persistent pain get back to important activities in their life. With my athletic background, I also have a special interest in working with athletes to better their performance.
