My Personal Story:
Growing up in Hawaii, I loved spending time outside and especially out in the water. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest, I have absolutely enjoyed the outdoors, from hiking trails to paddle boarding on the lake. I grew up playing water sports like water polo and competitive swimming, and now I’ve been staying active with Peloton, barre, and yoga. Staying active is especially important to me for maintaining both physical and mental health, and I became a physical therapist to be able to help my patients achieve their individual goals toward a healthy, active, and fulfilled life.
Professionalism and expertise of the staff, most especially the physical therapist who is helping me. It is much appreciated.
