Our very successful Thursday night fitness class has now been developed into a comprehensive individualized strength and conditioning program.
The Transformative Fitness Program includes:
One - 60min initial assessment & workout development -Review medical and physical activity history, movement & fitness assessment including exercise evaluation, develop program based on client goals
Three - 60min workout sessions
-session focus is to review, modify, and progress fitness program
